BGC: order procedure

Receipt of order in library, the library committee BGC (one representative of each department) anonymously decides about the purchase of the book, only information about title and statement of reason will be forwarded. This affects all orders – library accounting unit or your group’s accounting units. For orders above 75€, or in individual cases we ask you to please provide a statement of reason
Library decides about the way of purchase
Invoice will either be paid by the library (cost unit: library) or forwarded to the owner of the cost unit via the bookkeeping department and should be paid as soon as possible

BGC: Bestellablauf

Eingang der Bestellung in der Bibliothek, das Bibliothekskomitee der BGC (je ein Vertreter aus den drei Abteilungen) entscheidet über den von uns anonymisierten Medienwunsch, es werden nur Titelangaben und ggf. Begründung weitergegeben. Das betrifft alle Bestellungen, eigene oder Bibliothekskostenstelle. Ab 75€ oder in Einzelfällen wird um eine Begründung gebeten.
Bibliothek entscheidet über den Bestellweg
Die Rechnungen werden entweder von der Bibliothek (Kostenstelle BIBO) bezahlt oder an die Kostenstelleninhaber über die Buchhaltung weitergeleitet und sind von den Kostenstelleninhabern umgehend zu bezahlen
